Unfortunately this is an adults only retreat.

We live 7 minutes drive away from Thorpe Le Soken train station so you are able to get the train then a taxi to us. Please use Trainline to search for the train that suits you best.

Unfortunately no animals are allowed in or around A Swift Escape site.

We are proud to support our local farm shop Brookelynne Farm. If you are looking at buying food for the BBQ or food for your trip we recommend to visit them.

You can park right outside either the shepherd hut or the yurt. There is enough space available for up to two cars, ensuring convenient access during your stay.

Yes, quiet music is fine to enjoy during your stay. However, please be mindful that there are other guests nearby as well as our house, so we kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music. This helps maintain the peaceful environment that A Swift Escape is known for.

You can only have a maximum of two people in the yurt grounds, we do not allow day visitors.

No we don't offer Wi-Fi however you get good phone signal which you can get 3G/4G to use.

We have power sockets outside of the yurt on the decking area where you are able to charge phones/ipads etc. We also now provide a battery pack located in the bed side draws which you can use to charge your phones/devices.

We provide you with: - Gas for the BBQ - Two buckets of logs for the fire pit inside and outside. If you need more logs you are able to purchase them. - Plates, cups, mugs, glasses, knives and forks, BBQ cooking utensils - Tea, Coffee and sugar. - Kettle - All bedding and sheets

The shepherd hut comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This includes all bedding and towels, cutlery, salt, pepper, tea bags, sugar, and coffee. Outside, you’ll find a seating area, a gas BBQ, a shower, a toilet, and even an outdoor bath to soak in while enjoying the peaceful countryside views.

Yes, we do! The Wi-Fi is available in the shepherd hut, and the code will be provided for you upon arrival.

Yes, the shepherd hut is equipped with a smart TV, allowing you to log into your own Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and other streaming accounts to enjoy your favourite shows during your stay.
